SPECIAL REPORT: Distribution Options Grow as 3 Beer Houses Push NAs in Phoenix Metro    Not long ago, entrepreneurs with new brands looking to crack Arizona market had only 1 place to go outside Coke and Pepsi bottling networks: George Kalil, savvy bottler/distributor who’s played outsize role building brands like Vitaminwater and Monster but is also known for his crowded house and tuff perpetuity contracts.  A few yrs ago a challenger in NAs emerged with offshoot, Spike, of Anheuser-Busch distributor in Tucson called Golden Eagle.  Now that single option has turned into a crowd as 2 Phoenix-based beer powerhouses – A-B shop Hensley & Co and MillerCoors shop Crescent Crown – throw their hats into ring.  State has heavy Hispanic influence and is also heavily chain-driven, with those operations accounting for estimated 70% of off-premise biz.  State is also hi-per-cap energy-drink market.  Given slowdown in beers and taxes on alcoholic drinks and sodas, there has been incentive to beef up noncarb presence.  New competitors “will keep us on our toes,” said Kimberly Clements, co-founder of Spike, which seeks to serve entire state via network of warehouses.  Tho rivals contend Spike is weak in Maricopa County surrounding Phoenix, Tucson house says it’s stepped up operations there.  Here’s rundown on 3 beer players:
